A Hold Me Tight Weekend Workshop is a great fit for you if you feel like you and your partner are stuck in a cycle where you:

  • Go through the motions of a relationship without experiencing true, intimate connection.
  • Repeatedly have the same arguments without resolution.
  • Feel unheard and misunderstood, rather than seen and supported.
  • Feel lonelier in your relationship than when you are alone.

This is not a great fit if:

  • You are in an emotionally or physically abusive relationship.
  • Either partner is struggling with addictions.
  • Either partner has had an emotional or physical affair or other forms of intimate deception.
  • Please contact us for a consultation with a qualified therapist and we can work with you as a couple to address those issues.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is the gold standard in couples therapy and endorsed by the American Psychological Association as scientifically proven and is widely recognized as one of the most effective approaches for creating loving relationships and lasting bonds.

Meet Your Facilitators:

Emily Seppi, LMFT

I have been a therapist for over 10 years.

I specialize in Brainspotting (a powerful, focused, body-based treatment method similar to EMDR) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples therapy.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I can work with individuals or relationships, but I will always think of you (and the problems we work on together) in the larger context of your relationships, your past, and the systems you live within.

I want to support your healing in a way that is affirmative and meaningful to YOU!

Andrea Hainsworth, LMHC
