I specialize in helping couples and young adults break free from negative relationship cycles, heal from past trauma, and strengthen emotional resilience. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families foster deeper connection in their relationships. My own family
journey has taught me that healing flourishes in spaces where experiences, values, and agency are respected and honored.

I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship distress. I specialize in anxiety in all its forms—including OCD, chronic worry, and compulsive patterns—and help individuals find relief from overwhelming thoughts, shame, and emotional pain.

I also help couples and individuals heal from wounds related to infidelity or unwanted pornography use. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support couples in breaking negative cycles, rebuilding trust, and restoring emotional safety and connection.
