Feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures? Struggling to break free from old patterns or connect more deeply with yourself and others? You’re not alone. It’s natural to crave more fulfilling relationships and a greater sense of personal growth. Whatever challenges you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate them alone. Therapy offers a space for understanding, healing, and meaningful change. Together, we can help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

When we work together, I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re working to overcome old patterns or build stronger connections, I’ll help you rediscover your inner strengths. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper motivations behind your challenges, develop practical tools for lasting change, and address issues such as perfectionism, self-doubt, and codependency. Throughout our journey, we’ll work towards rebuilding your self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, and creating a more authentic and empowered life filled with possibilities.

I am a graduate student at Whitworth University’s Marriage and Family Counseling Masters of Arts program. In addition to my graduate studies, I am receiving advanced training in Emotionally Focused, Individual, and Couples Therapy. I receive weekly supervision from my university professors and direct supervision from my site supervisor and senior therapist, Emily Seppi, MA, LMFT.

If you’re ready to break free from unhelpful patterns, strengthen your relationships, or deepen your connection with yourself, I’m here to support you on your journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
