Nobody knows it, but you carry around invisible burdens from experiences that were overwhelming, painful, or simply too much to process at the time. Maybe you seem fine on the outside, but inside, you feel anxious, on edge, emotionally shut down, or stuck in patterns you can’t explain. You’ve done your best to push through, but the impact is still there—affecting your relationships, your sleep, your confidence, and the way you see yourself. Even if it’s been years, the past still feels present.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, life has plans for us that we did not ask for or understand. These experiences hurt us, challenge us, confuse us, or require us to develop a new understanding of ourselves. You’ve known for a long time that this isn’t something you can fix on your own—and now, you’re brave enough to reach out. That matters. That’s where healing begins.
My approach is person-centered and based entirely on your unique needs. I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful and research-backed therapy that helps your brain process stuck trauma so you can finally feel relief. You don’t have to relive every detail—we’ll move at your pace, gently and safely. I also draw from narrative therapy and attachment theory to help you make sense of your story, understand how past relationships have shaped you, and begin to rebuild trust in yourself and others.
I work with adult women and men who are ready to heal from the impact of relationship trauma—whether from childhood wounds, betrayal, or patterns that keep repeating in your life. My goal is to help you integrate those painful experiences, reclaim the story of your life, and reconnect with your inner resilience.
You don’t have to carry this alone anymore. Healing is possible—and I’d be honored to walk with you.
