You feel overwhelmed and disconnected despite appearing to have it all together. You grapple with constant worry and feelings of emptiness, sometimes questioning your own self worth. This inner turmoil may strain your relationships, leaving you feeling isolated and alone, especially if past experience makes it difficult for you to trust. You’re ready to feel emotionally connected to loved ones and at peace with who you are. Whether you’re navigating a major life change or overcoming past challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. Seeking therapy is a courageous step toward healing and I’m here to help you on that journey.

I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals and couples to reduce anxiety, deepen self-connection and build meaningful, loving relationships. My clients seek not just success, but true fulfillment and joy in their lives.

My approach is client centered, collaborative and rooted in attachment theory. My aim is to create a safe space where you can be your most raw and authentic self. Together we will uncover your strengths, develop self-trust and understand the root causes of your struggles. While I can’t promise to heal you, I can promise to be a compassionate guide, accompanying you through your pain, offering validation, encouragement and gentle challenges.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Gonzaga University and training in Emotionally-Focused therapy, I have valuable insight into the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. As a former lawyer, I know how it feels to be high-achieving but deeply disconnected from ones authentic self. My own journey has led me to a deeply satisfy career helping others find acceptance and that sense of belonging and connectedness we as human beings all need to thrive. When I’m not helping people with life challenges, you’ll find me in the mountains hiking, climbing, and enjoying the healing power of nature.

Let’s embark on this journey together toward a life that feels both accomplished and deeply rewarding and connected.
