Are you or your teen  going through a life transition or facing challenges for which you don’t yet have the right tools? Perhaps these challenges are impacting your connection with yourself, your partner, or others. You may be seeking a supportive environment to sort things out or to practice skills for a healthier way of being as an individual or couple.

I am dedicated to helping teens, individuals, and couples navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. With a compassionate and strengths-based approach, I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where you can learn to cope with challenges, express emotions, strengthen relationships, improve communication, practice boundary-setting, and make values-based decisions.

Teens & Young Adults:

Life transitions and the pressures of adolescence can be overwhelming. If you or your teen are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply finding your path, I’m here to help. My experience as a school social worker and in intensive outpatient mental health treatment has equipped me with the skills to support teens and their families. Whether you feel different due to neurodivergence/ADHD, learning differences, gender, sexuality, or other factors, I strive to offer understanding and resources to foster a sense of belonging and self-acceptance.

Individuals:

As an individual, you may be facing personal challenges that impact your mental health and relationships. My approach integrates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to address your unique needs. Together, we will work towards your goals, building on your strengths and developing strategies to navigate life’s uncertainties with confidence and resilience.

Couples:

Are you looking to improve communication, address conflicts, and strengthen your relationship? I work with couples to enhance their connection and intimacy. By creating a safe space for both partners, I facilitate open dialogue and help you develop effective communication skills. My goal is to support you in building a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. My professional and life experiences have fostered a deep interest in helping teens and young adults, especially those who struggle with belonging or finding their path. My work has connected me with diverse groups, teaching skills to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.

Compassion and connection are vital elements of healing and health. You can feel secure, confident, and connected as you navigate uncertainty and challenges. I invite you to practice self-compassion as we work together to identify and move toward your goals.
