Marriage & Family Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when relationships—whether with family, a partner, or even yourself—aren’t what you hoped they’d be. Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of conflict or disconnection, struggling to feel understood, or carrying the weight of past pain that makes it hard to move forward. You might feel lost, exhausted, or unsure if things can ever truly change. If any of this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I take a holistic, relational approach to therapy, recognizing that your challenges don’t exist in isolation. Whether you’re a teen navigating identity and self-worth, a family struggling with communication, an individual healing from past wounds, or a couple longing for deeper connection, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to break free from painful cycles, strengthen emotional bonds, and build a life filled with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space where you feel truly seen and supported. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to do it alone—healing and meaningful change are possible.

I am a master’s student in the Marriage & Family Counseling program at Whitworth University and am supervised by Emily Seppi, LMFT. My passion lies in working with teens, families, individuals, and couples, helping them navigate life’s challenges and create fulfilling, authentic relationships.
