You’re overwhelmed, feeling the heavy weight of life’s challenges. Exhausted and confused, you know you need counseling but don’t know where to start. Amidst the chaos, you’re searching for a way to lighten your load.

I empower you by imparting the knowledge and skills you need to tackle life’s challenges. As your mental health therapist, I guide you in understanding and managing your emotions and behaviors. We collaborate to devise strategies for overcoming obstacles and setting achievable goals. I provide you with effective coping mechanisms and problem-solving techniques, fostering resilience and self-awareness. Together, we transform challenges into growth opportunities, strengthening your confidence and self-reliance.

I find great fulfillment in working with individuals and couples who are navigating through life’s challenges, including traumas, struggles, and anxiety. Helping you overcome these hurdles, whether they’re personal or within relationships, is a journey I am passionate about. Your resilience and growth in facing these issues inspire me, and I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.

As a graduate student in Gonzaga University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters of Art program, I am not only acquiring academic knowledge but also gaining practical skills. My training in Brain Spotting for trauma, supplemented by weekly supervision from university professors and the experienced guidance of my site supervisor and senior therapist, Emily Seppi, MA, LMFT, shape my counseling approach.

My previous role as a student advocate at the University of Northern Colorado’s Assault Survivor’s Advocacy Program taught me the nuances of providing empathetic support to individuals in crisis. My engagement with UNC’s Asian Pacific American Student Services Center and Cesar Chavez Cultural Center was pivotal in understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by college students from diverse cultural backgrounds. My Hawaiian upbringing, immersed in the warmth of the sun and the serenity of the ocean, has ingrained in me a profound sense of calm and balance, which I bring to my counseling practice.
