Do you feel unsatisfied with your relationship, isolated, or trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts and emotions? It’s common to feel alone in your struggles, unsure of how to move forward or where to even begin. I understand firsthand that seeking help can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. I am constantly amazed at the strength and resilience of clients I work with and am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can heal from painful experiences and grow.

I specialize in helping couples and young adults break free from negative relationship cycles, heal from past trauma, and strengthen emotional resilience. I am passionate about helping
individuals, couples, and families foster deeper connection in their relationships. My own family journey has taught me that healing flourishes in spaces where experiences, values, and agency
are respected and honored. I strive to cultivate this supportive environment in therapy, collaborating with you to define your goals and establish meaningful objectives for our sessions.

I received an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University and am currently pursuing a PhD. My research interest has been the intergenerational effects of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on adult couple relationships. Because our early life experiences can influence the security we feel in our adult relationships, I am drawn to attachment-based
models of therapy. In my work with couples, I focus on deepening connection and security. I want to help you create the relationship you have always hoped for—one in which you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating various challenges, including relationship struggles, childhood trauma, loss/grief, parenting issues, blending families, life transitions, anxiety/depression, pornography issues, and scrupulosity.
