Relationships—whether with family, friends, or a romantic partner—play a huge role in how we experience the world. When those relationships feel strained due to miscommunication, conflict, or past wounds, it can leave you feeling stuck and disconnected. Maybe you’re struggling to feel understood, longing for deeper connection, or unsure of how to break out of painful cycles. Whether you’re a teen navigating friendships and family dynamics or a couple facing challenges in your relationship, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Being a teenager comes with its own set of challenges—academic pressures, shifting identities, and social changes can all feel overwhelming. You might be experiencing self-doubt, anxiety, or isolation, or feeling frustrated in your relationships with family and friends. Likewise, couples often find themselves caught in patterns of disconnection, struggling to communicate effectively or rebuild trust. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I help clients strengthen emotional bonds, process difficult emotions, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I believe that understanding yourself is key to feeling more confident and connected. My approach focuses on helping you strengthen your sense of self, build resilience, and navigate challenges with clarity. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, develop tools to manage stress, and work toward creating relationships that feel secure and meaningful. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you figure out what matters most to you.

I am a graduate student in Whitworth University’s Marriage and Family Therapy Master of Arts program, currently pursuing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I receive weekly supervision from my university professors and direct supervision from my site supervisor, senior therapist Emily Seppi, MA, LMFT.

Before beginning my master’s program, I volunteered with Utah State’s Counseling Center as a mental health advocate, supporting college students through life transitions and personal struggles. I also worked with adolescent girls and women at an Eating Disorder Residential Treatment Center, where I was honored to support them in their recovery journeys. These experiences deepened my passion for working with teens and young adults, helping them navigate the unique pressures they face while building confidence and emotional well-being. My background also gives me insight into the ways relationships shape our mental and emotional health, reinforcing my passion for helping couples foster greater connection and understanding.
